DocuSign offers better ways for teams and individuals to work by designating positions as In-Office, Flex or Remote.
- Remote: Your role allows you to work 100% remotely from approved locations in the U.S. and worldwide.
- Flex: You can choose to work 50% remotely. If you’d like to work remotely more than 50% of the time, you can discuss options with your manager. It’s up to you and your manager to determine which days you work remotely based on team and business needs.
- In-Office: These roles require you to be in the physical workspace to access hardware systems, or engage in minute-by-minute collaboration. If your role is designated as In-Office, you’ll have a designated workspace at the office.
As a remote employee, you’ll receive a DocuSign laptop and virtual onboarding guidance during your new hire journey.
In addition, all remote, hybrid and in-office employees can take advantage of our Anywhere Tech Allowance program. This includes reimbursements for employees in the U.S. and stipends in all countries outside of the U.S. for costs associated with:

We aim to create quiet, comfortable offices with space for every need: focus rooms for heads-down time, conference rooms for meetings and open lounges for collaboration.
Kitchens are stocked with fruit, snacks, energy drinks and, of course, coffee. Some of our offices also feature a club gym, included in your employment. All of our offices are centrally located with easy access to markets, restaurants and more.
Remote and Flex employees are always welcome to book a desk at any of our offices. It takes less than a minute.

Since the first days of the global COVID-19 pandemic, DocuSign has set policy following guidance from scientific experts and all relevant laws and mandates set out by the governments where we operate.
As of July 19, 2022, we’ve updated the details of our vaccination policy in the U.S., Israel, Singapore, Australia and Brazil. In these five countries, we no longer require proof of vaccination to enter our offices or attend DocuSign gatherings with colleagues. Some of our customers, vendors and other external colleagues may still require vaccinations to visit their premises.
